This year's winter celebration in Coon Rapids runs Feb. 4-11. Join in on the Snowflake Days fun! Make snow sculptures, ice skate indoors and out, play games, eat treats and more!The following events are sponsored by the City of Coon Rapids, in partnership with the volunteer committee, as part of the 2023 Snowflake Days festivities:
- Snow Sculpture Contest - Build a snow or ice sculpture in your front yard and you could win a prize! Sign up by Feb. 8.
- Family Fun Day at CRIC - Join us for on Feb. 5 for an afternoon of FREE family activities at the Coon Rapids Ice Center.
- Mayor's Cup - Test your indoor golfing skills at Bunker Hills Golf Club during the Mayor's Cup simulator golf tournament.
- Winter Fun at Sand Creek Park - End the week of activities with a fun day at Sand Creek Park on Feb. 11. Enjoy outdoor skating, a build a snowman contest and more!
